Meet Vegard Trust and responsibility

As a Sales Controller, Vegard is responsible for ensuring that sales are turned into operation. He is the contact person for both major customers and power suppliers and appreciates that his workday is varied.

"I encounter many different types of inquiries, which means I learn a lot of new things all the time. With direct feedback from both suppliers and customers, I get the opportunity to review and possibly challenge our methods and routines. This, in turn, can lead to me being involved in further developing these."

Vegard believes in trust and responsibility. "We are a highly customer-oriented organization, and it is crucial that we keep our promises. There are several ways to do this, provided that you serve the customer in the best possible way. This means that trust is important, not only between us and the customer but also between colleagues and from the management. As long as you deliver, you gain trust. This is one of the reasons why I enjoy working at Eneas so much," says Vegard.
