Meet André Creating a good customer experience

What gives me most satisfaction is using my experience and knowledge to create a good experience for the customer.

Customer Service Advisor

André Mejri works as an advisor in customer service at Eneas. A typical workday involves a lot of direct contact with customers both over the phone and via email. The tasks also include invoice follow-up and servicing VIP customers.

“My workday is varied, but in the end, it’s about meeting the customers’ needs and giving them a good experience. When we know we have achieved that, it’s very rewarding,” says André.

He also highlights the culture. “There is an inclusive spirit here that permeates the entire organization. As an employee, I feel seen and heard in a way I haven’t experienced before. I always look forward to coming to work at Eneas,” André Mejri concludes.
